My experience with City Collision was terrible. Their customer service was poor, and I was treated like a fool throughout the process of repairing a damaged rear quarter panel. The work took a week longer than I was promised, and when I picked up my vehicle there was a scratch in the paint in an area adjacent to the repaired panel that they refused to repair. They maintained that the scratch was not their responsibility without further comment. I hand wash my car regularly and am aware of the several dings from pebbles and such that exist on my car, so I can say without hesitation that I would have known if there were a one-inch long gouge in the car?s finish. Taking legal action won?t be worth the money or bother, but I do hope that I can save someone else from having a similar outcome with this duplicitous body shop.
