I must admit that this review is based on an experience 10 months ago. I am still angered enough by my experience to take the time to write a review. I will summarize this the best possible. Estimated completion 6 days, actual completion 25 days (weekdays). Estimated cost $1700, actual cost $4700. I had to call repeatedly to find out if and when my car would be finished and they would just continue to extend the time period without giving me a reason. Every time I called, I asked to speak to a manager, who was never available, and to have them call me, which failed to happen every time. I never had the opportunity to speak to a manager. Finally, when they said the job was complete I went to pick up the vehicle and the first time the body was malaligned, they kept the vehicle to fix it, three days later returned when they said that it was ready, the pieces they realigned had large scratches in the paint and fender. Finally on the third trip, the final product was completed. One of the most disturbing factors of the whole experiences is I never once had an employee, let alone a manager, apologize for the difficulties. This became such an issue that my insurance forced them to pay for part of my rental car. I would highly recommend finding another body shop.\r
