After reading the reviews, we decided to visit this restaurant for my birthday at lunchtime. We were promptly seated at a dirty table and each ordered the lunch special. The miso soup was delicious, but we did not receive chopsticks or silverware for our salad and sat there for 5 minutes before we decided to grab them off of the nearest table. Our tea glasses were never refilled, even though the restaurant was empty and we had nearly finished our drinks before our sushi arrived. The spicy tuna and california rolls were good, but the crunchy shrimp roll had very little shrimp or flavor. My friend asked the server if there was something special they could do for my birthday and she replied ""we don't do that."" When we received our check, the server said ""come back at dinner, it's better."" Hopefully better than lunch! I certainly did not end up feeling special on my birthday at this restaurant.
