I found the other two reviews very helpful. They were right! I called on Wednesday and the girl who answered the phone semed completely unconcerned, and said they could be there Friday. When I requested an appointment within 24 hours, she snapped back, ""well, we don't have any - unless you want to pay an overtime fee. When I said, no, I didn't want to pay an overtime fee, then she said that the next appointment would be next week - after originally teling me they could be out on Friday! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!
