Other than having some minor trouble scheduling an appt with the receptionist--overall had a great experience getting our carpets cleaned. They came for the free consultation, were very friendly, and provided a prompt quote with explanation. On cleaning day, they showed up 10 minutes early (a huge plus) and by the time I came home that day, our carpets were cleaned, as well as nearly dried. The process was quick and easy. A week later they send a Thank You note in the mail, and a week after that sent free stain removal cleaner! Was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service. Would easily recommend them to any friend.
