Maintence is non-existent, all apartments are filled with old, unkempt appliances, pipes, wiring, etc. The price of rent is fair for a condo in center city, but not for a slum like thunder hollow.
Pros: ummm.....good location?
Cons: no maintance, horrible staff, mold, did i mention no maintence?
