If you ever speak to Sharon at Honda College Park do not expect to receive any service at all. She is rude and could not be less interested in helping you. She told me I was not in the system and neither was the brand new car I bought from them. Then she suddenly realized my car was standing right infront of her all along. She will actually tell you that she could not be bothered less with you needing assistance. The serive center overall will not return calls and simply place you on hold for ages to then tell you that there is nothing they can assist you with. The sales people are great but the service could not be worse. Honda College Park should seriously try to protect their image and hire service people who actually like their job and want to do it.
