I have lived here for 3 years and this community has had its ups and downs. The front staff is always nice. The maintenance crew are nice. I can't wait to get out of here, apartment living sucks. Earlier this year, my neighbors above me were served a no knock warrant early in the morning. The neighbors before that partied all the time and cops were always here. When we first moved in, the neighbors to the right were smokin' something ALL THE TIME because I could smell it. The main gate is always broken, there is never any parking if you come home past 9pm. Last summer, people were throwing fireworks off their balcony because they thought it was funny. Kids are always running around unsupervised and breaking things. When I first moved in, no one kept their dogs on a leash so a german shepard tried to run through my patio door to get at my cat. That has improved, more people have their dog on a leash, but the picking up after them part has not improved. The apartments are nice, its just
