I have lived here for about 6 months now and I just keep thinking 6 more months then I'll get to go. I know it's an apartment complex but this place is a joke for the most part. The front office is always very nice and I don't think there are any problems there but as far as the rest of these people go... There are tons and tons of dogs here and NO ONE cleans up after their pet. I was going to plant some flowers in front of our apartment and it never fails that there is a big pile of dog crap right in front. It really sucks because I would've loved to plant some, I even mentioned it to the front office and they said that if I caught who was doing it then they could fine them. WTF? just put some cameras up or a sign that says no pooping here or you will get fined. Or maybe they could have a designated area for dog crap!!! And the parking is a joke! No parking anywhere! And that damn gate is always broke so who knows what's getting let in here. I mean, they should really get th more

Ready to move 7/8/2009

I lived here with a friend a couple yrs back, there was never any parking past about 7pm in the building I was in then and now after about 9pm there are no spaces at all. It sucks I'm pregnant and have to park so far. The people in the office are nice but very forgetful and they jump on any charges they can. My sister has about 300 more sq ft than my apt in the same complex and her market price is $100 cheaper than mine i know they have deals but didn't think the market price changed. They change managers so often its stupid, they need someone that knows how to run an apt. Maintenance is nice but they don't always help. Grrrr I'm ready to get out of this place. It isn't terrible but it's bad enough more

Not To Impressed With The Place. Not All That Its Cracked Out To Be 5/21/2009

The place seemed great when we looked at it. Now after living here... its noisy. I know that you get that in apartment living but... skateboarding inside and out all hours of the night... not too cool. They do have nice amenities but its if they let you utilize them. The basketball court is always closed. Like tonight 5/21 a group of people were kicked out and told they were no longer going to play. The court was locked up. No was doing a thing wrong. Its 6 pm on a Friday night. People are off work and most don't work tomorrow... and yet no1 can use the courts. The front gates have been broken for weeks now. The maintenance guys are awesome... the front office staff is nice but you can tell when they have bad days. 1 up there is pretty snotty and even asking a simple question can set her off. Almost as if she doesn't want to be there. I don't cant think of any time when staff should be rude to the people paying them. Shes not very helpful and very forgetful. They aren't very thorough. more

Lived here for 3 years... 7/20/2008

I have lived here for 3 years and this community has had its ups and downs. The front staff is always nice. The maintenance crew are nice. I can't wait to get out of here, apartment living sucks. Earlier this year, my neighbors above me were served a no knock warrant early in the morning. The neighbors before that partied all the time and cops were always here. When we first moved in, the neighbors to the right were smokin' something ALL THE TIME because I could smell it. The main gate is always broken, there is never any parking if you come home past 9pm. Last summer, people were throwing fireworks off their balcony because they thought it was funny. Kids are always running around unsupervised and breaking things. When I first moved in, no one kept their dogs on a leash so a german shepard tried to run through my patio door to get at my cat. That has improved, more people have their dog on a leash, but the picking up after them part has not improved. The apartments are nice, its just more

Alta Ridge Walk Apartments offers a great variety of floor plans to choose from. Great location close to shopping and withing 10 min of Town Center Mall! These are realy great starter apartments as they are close to KSU for college students as well as to I-75 for commuters! more
