When you go in for the first time, staff comes out of the woodwork, but when I was needing help, on several\r
occasions, to learn the different machines, I could not find anyone to help me. Went to counter waited forever then I saw some staff walking around but no one came to ask me what I needed. I felt like they didn't care at all. When my husband died I had no money to pay my monthly dues (at the time until all the red tape was resolved-he was the only income at that time) , the rude lady on the phone cld of cared a less, they just wanted my money !! period !!... I like helpful friendly places, this one was less than desirable. Definitely look at all your options.
Cons: Only in it for the money (contracts R US)
