I was very surprised at the customer service that I received when calling 21st Century Storage. I had called several storage companies in the area and had mixed reviews of most concerning the personnel's attentiveness to my needs and understanding of various options to accomodate them. After looking into the option of storing belongings with 21st Century further I discovered that their pricing was quite reasonable and facilities impeccable, and once again seemed to be very well managed. I visited several other facilities of other storage companies as well, and some were moderately clean with a few exceptions that were far from clean with the likes of eaten pizza on the floor of some of the units that was never cleaned up. Several other facilities in the Philadelphia area also had dingy attributes to them as well. I found few exceptions to a good clean storage facility in the Philadelphia area. I narrowed it down to two facilities and ultimately went with 21st Century primarily due to the good customer service received. So far I would have to give two thumbs up regarding my experience with this organization to date...
Pros: Service, Affordability, Well Maintained
Cons: Have not found too many cons... I personally have to drive about 15 min to get there which I wish was a little closer for me, but I do live on the outskirts of the city...
