I recently moved to the Woodlands and have been looking for a place to get regular facials. I enjoy the experience and like how my face looks and feels after getting them. I found bella beau online and called to make an appointment. They were friendly on the phone and seemed knowledgable so I booked an appointment. My first issue was when they called to tell me that they would like to move my appointment back because they were running behind. So I showed up at the later time that requested and filled out all of my paperwork. Then I proceded to watch the entire staff gossip about other customers for another 15 minutes before they invited me back to the room. I was told to just lay down in my street clothes. I have NEVER had a facial in anything but a robe that the spa normally provides. The esthetician was very friendly but I never really felt relaxed in there. I felt as if I were plopped on a table and then up and out. I also found it strange that they wear plastic gloves while working on your face. I honestly felt that for the price, my money could have been better spent elsewhere. It wasn't the quality of their work, but rather the atmosphere that I didn't enjoy. \r
