Yesterday I took my dog to Cedar Plaza, where we are clients. My dog was in distress, and in alot of pain. I didnt have an appointment, as it was an emergency situation. \r
I WAS TURNED AWAY! The receptionist is awful, and the female vet is awful. I , however, do LIKE Dr Bacharach, the owner. Luckily my old vet got my dog in immediatley and stabilized him. CP suggested I wait, and ""hope"" they had a cancellation, or take him to the emergency clinic in Lynnwwod, which is hugely expensive. Absolutley NO compassion what so ever from CP. I would think they could have at least LOOKED at him! Maybe check his heart and lungs before turning us away. If you choose Cedar Plaza, please INSIST on seeing Dr. Bacharach ONLY. The other vet would have let my dog die in the waiting room, while we ""hoped"" for a cancellation. I think MOST people would understand that, and not mind waiting for their appt, in an emergency situation.
