The first time I walked into this place, I already had a problem with it... It's a trendy bar on a trendy street named after a location in a Kubrick film. Well, after getting over my own insecurities and not being intimidated by the always-present crowd of great-looking, shabby/chic-dressed people sipping infused vodka martinis and chilling out on cool, 60's ""pleather"" furniture to an endless soundtrack of well-spun soul and house cuts... Oh, and I haven't even mentioned the best part - the patio out back. This is where my co-workers and I end up after closing the restaurant. There is always a great vibe, and they have some of the coolest and cutest bartenders in NoPo. So yeah, in closing, I quickly got over how ""cool"" the place was, and just got into how cool it is.
