This review is a little different then most. It is from an employee stand point and directed mostly towards people considering working at this particular location. First of all, I never filled out an application. I just sent my resume through email. I was called back and they did not even have my resume on file. So I was asked to just briefly tell about my past jobs. Then I got the job offer on the spot. Second, they are having a lot of problems with their employee's (go figure! that's what happens when they don't require an application) On my first day I was given a shirt that was size 4XL and my shirt size is Small. So I was required to walk around in a shirt that drowned my body. I had guests of SMG pointing and laughing. The management is STRICT but at the same time they are completely unorganized and unprofessional. So while they are cracking down on the employee's, the problem really is with the management. It is a mess up there.
