I was a server at Logan's on Elliston Place, Nashville, and as a former employee, I would warn all future and current customers to steer as far away as possible. The environment is cheap and dirty, the kitchen is not clean, the serving staff is constantly at odds with the management, and the management is incompetent. I have personally seen rodents run along the walls and insects in the food. Furthermore, racism is rampant, the ineptitude of the supervisors drastically effects the quality of service, and the welfare of both server and guest are absolutely secondary to ""making a buck."" Having seen the internal workings of this restaurant, I could never recommend it for an evening out.
