Otherwise, they merit no stars. Selection on the web is virtually unlimited, and often at a better price, but nothing can beat a brick-and-mortar experience, particularly if some critical computer component has just failed and you need it NOW. That said, your shopping experience at this establishment will frequently be so distasteful that you may well determine that a 24 to 72 hour delay in product procurement is preferable.
