Dr. Waters office does not stand behind their work. A crown they put on fell off and they charged me twice for the work. I refused to pay the $785 and they have continued to hound me through collection agencies and now are threatening legal action. I maintain that the problem was created because they used a temporary cement, which failed in a week and I lost the tooth. They have not been the same place since Dr. Nevin Waters retired. They have been very unprofessional in their correspondence and handling of this. I see it as a warranty problem but they will not leave it alone. Of course, we will not be back and would not recommend them.
