This review is about the Hendersonville Embassy Dental Office\r
I went to the office at 1 pm on April 22 for a root canal to be done under one of my crowns . I had been on antibiotics for 10 days due to infection under that crown.\r
I had two crowns and only one needed a root canal. The Dr told me that I should have the two crowns replaced because it was only a matter of time before I would be experiencing the same problem with the other crown.\r
I was also in the market for a partial denture and was told that if the other crown wasn't replaced that a partial would never fit right.\r
I gave the desk my discount insurance card before anything was done to make sure that the discount would be honored before any work was done.\r
I had a copy of the discounts for any dental procedure with me that they would have to perform.\r
I was there over 3 hours most of which was handling the fact that they were trying to get out of giving me the discount prices that they were committed to honor.\r
I should have walked out then as I was beginning to feel that they were not being honest with me.\r
I live 80 miles from this office and was told that it was too late to do anything that day and I would have to come back the next day for the work to be done.\r
It was too late to book a consultation with another Dentist that offered the discount program and being on a fixed income I was sorta at their mercy . I went back the next day and in three hours I had the root canal done and two temporary crowns put in.\r
I asked them to please put a rush on the crowns if possible because my original partial didn't fit any longer and I would not be able to eat very well without my lower teeth.\r
I was told that they would do this ,however the fitting for the partial was sent out of town and took 3 weeks to come back. It was again sent out to a lab to be completed and the Dr who was temporary there at the time insisted that I get it in a week.\r
Needless to say it doesn't fit .\r
Out $2500 Still cant eat
