My story starts with my daughter telling me she back her new 2008 Mazda 3 into a pole and did rear quarter panel and bumper damage. My wife and daughter took the car to several shops here in Clear Lake city for estimates and was very disappointed in the way they treated her. Very unprofessional basically gave no information on what or how they would fix the car and basically never even spoke to her.
