The customer service at Fry's has to be the worst I have EVER experienced!!! I have been trying for almost 1/2 hour to speak with someone and the phone just rings and rings and rings. For a place the size of WalMart it's unbelievable they can't staff someone to answer the phone. This company will go under once the word gets out about their BS service they offer. All I wanted to know was whether or not a part was in stock before I drove 25 minutes to their store. A person finally answered the phone and of course she could not help me and the manager was not available. F Fry's!!!!!!!!!!!!
