Terrible customer service skills 5/14/2008

When I called about a job Jill acted like she did not have time for my questions. If you are going to be working with the public then you need excellent customer service skills. Jill tells me to email her my resume and when I confirmed the email address she made me feel like I was getting on her nervous. She made me feel like I was a burden on her. Jean on the other hand was helpful. Jill get it together. You are working with the public so sharpen up your customer service skills. I do understand sometimes you may be in a rush but remember the impression you give to people. I don't know who you are but my impression of you is not so great. You have to be a good person. Your running a company in New York and have the opportunity to bless people with jobs. I always take this attitude at my job: Treat everyone fair, never have an attitude with the customer, remember customers don't know what I am going through or have to do, keep a beautiful smile, and always do my best for everyone. Pros: Jill did say email her and she will see what she can do Cons: Made me feel like I was not worth her time more
