I took my 4 month old kitten in for surgery on Monday, after having her examined by dr. Teague on the prior Tuesday. The office is immactulate and all of the staff; from the receptionists, to the techs, to the vets themselves are extremely professional and friendly, and they all demonstrated a genuine interest in LuLu. Before her surgery the vet spent about 20 minutes with me explaining exactly what she was going to do, from the fecal exam and FeLV booster (required for overnight stay,) to the actual surgery, to the medications she'd be giving her afterwards. I left her there Monday morning, and several hours later the vet called back to let me know LuLu was recovering well and that I could pick her up Wednesday. The staff was more than happy to check on LuLu every time I called to see how she was doing. I picked her up Wednesday morning, and the tech spent about half an hour with me showing me how to take care of her stitches and exactly when and how to administer the 3 meds she'
