Dj's unlimited was a complete disaster when we hired them for our wedding reception. The DJ arrived late and no idea what songs he was supposed to be playing for the first dance, the father/bride dance or the mother/son dance. We had to walk the DJ through the entire process when he arrived. It was extremely hectic trying to enjoy our wedding reception while babysitting the DJ. I'm not sure how someone could be so clueless. We even met with the President of DJ's unlimited to go over the day's events and what song were going to be played and when they were going to be played. It was very obvious that the president of the company did not relay any of this information to his DJ. \r

We called the following day after our event to discuss the matter with the President of the company. At the time he was very receptive and sympathized with us. He told me he would discuss the matter and get back with me. A week went by and we heard nothing. I finally called again and was told he was out of the office, but would get back to me as soon as he got in. Once again I heard nothing back from. I called again and he answered the phone. I was basically told that the story his DJ gave conflicted with the story my wife and gave. We were basically told we were lying. I had a lot of feedback from our wedding and the only complaint from our guest we received were in regards to the DJ. It was very very painful and almost comical that DJ?s unlimited would represent themselves in this sort of fashion.\r

Do your research when choosing a DJ company. There are a lot of great companies in Houston that care about there clients. DJ?s unlimited is not one of these companies. Once you pay these guys their entire attitude changes towards their clientele.
