To all the men out there looking for a place to send your significant other to be pampered for whatever special occassion: FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! I selected this salon over other's in the area for my wife, after reading the reviews. I have to believe the reviews were actually written by the people working there because they are completely inaccurate. My wife, a former model (imagine how much she values a good haircut), was butchered. Even a couple of her girlfriends at her office could not look her in the eye and say differently. My wife was very specific and clear as to exactly what she wanted done, and the lady was incapable of doing something I think I could have done better myself with a weedwacker and a case of beer. All this was in addition to the haircut taking nearly 3 hours. It took 3 hours because the stylist was getting her own hair done at the time. I paid around $150, and would have paid twice that, but expect the service to be on par and the stylists to be capable. Patrick's Hair Design failed on both counts. Do yourself a favor fellow guys, keep searching for that place to surprise your wife with, this is not the place.
Pros: The only Pro: There are other salons out there and the world is not forced to be subjected to Patrick's Hair Design
Cons: They failed every single possible gradeable event.
