I've been going to Suze's Dynamic Power Yoga for a number of years and can say that it is one of the best workouts you can experience. After a practice, I realize the many different muscles used in yoga that are not even touched in my traditional workout of running or the elliptical machine. One of the best 'mantras' that I have gotten from this class is 'being comfortable in an uncomfortable situation'. In learning this technique, it is something that will transcend your life. HIGHLY recommended this studio!
