I have rented from Cody/ZOA Properties for over 3 years. Always courteous and a wonderful staff!! Quick response to any issues that have arisen (which have been very few) and very flexible. Placed new windows in the home!! What real estate rental company will do that??!! SUm it up...if you are in need of a great landlord/tenant relationship, they're you're best bet!
