My dog was boarded at AZ Pet Resort on three separate occasions and each time I was misbilled for services I didn?t request or need, or my dog was not given the services I had requested. For example, I was charged for fontline when she didn?t need it, ?play times? I didn?t request and have no proof she actually received, and was billed for treats I didn?t ask for. The final straw was when I was out of town for over a week and my dog was supposed to have been in doggie-day-camp every day but for some unknown reason wasn?t put out once to play with other dogs. She was by herself for a week without anyone noticing the error!!! It seems to me the kennel is run very poorly and is disorganized. Some of the front desk staff and kennel workers are very friendly and caring, but the owners are not courteous and the billing mistakes indicate a larger problem of poor management.
