Don't believe the sales agent or the service dept. personnel that they will take care of you. They have been highly trained in finding ways to avoid doing warranty work and especially in finding ways to deny your right under the free tire program. And please, don't wait for service - you will be subjected to long waits in a customer lounge that only has one channel that subjects you to constant Nissan commercials. I love my Nissan car and want to love the dealer that sold it to me, but the dealer has broken it's trust and failed to live up to it's promise to 'take car of you'. more
