I love all the character on the streets of proctor, the home town warmth and the small businesses that strive on the wealth of the community just like it was almost everywhere when I was a child. The problem for me is Wag isn't that kind of business. they seem to judge you and evaluate who you are as a person the minute you walk through the door. This treatment is usually expected when purchasing a high class German vehicle but when I'm interested in a twenty dollar dog collar I expect to receive (at least) the customer service of a large pet store. \r
