I usually hate getting my haircut, and I've never paid more than $30 for for one in my life. However, my friend brought me into The Doves salon and ohmygod! I love love love the place! First of all, the place where they wash your hair is like a spa, and you can control the chair moving up and down so your neck won't get a crick. Genius! The employees are all SUPER nice, from the receptionist on up to the Doves themselves. I've been there twice, once for a blowdry and again just the other day for a cut. Don't be worried that they'll give you some style like other salons that only looks good for the day. They do your hair how YOU want it to be done, and they make sure you leave with a cut and style you can replicate fitting with your personal maintenance routine. Bottom line is that I love the service, I love the complimentary chocolate and cappuccinos, and I love my hair. Also, the woman who did my hair (Rachael, she's amazing) told me they do makeup classes as well, so if I go for that I'll be sure to post another review!
