Dr. Fields worked on my wife's tooth and told her she needed a cavity filled. We did that and paid $400 for the service. Her tooth continued to hurt and she went in again only to have them say they made a mistake and she needed a crown which would be another $900. When we offered to pay for that work they refused saying it had to go through our insurance pre-approval which would take 30 days. Even though we offered to pay for it ourselves they refused to even make an appointment. When I called and told them they would loose two patients they said ""Find another dentist we don't care."" Clearly they don't.
Pros: Reasonable work done, with mistakes though
Cons: Wouldn't take care of the problem they caused
