It was my first time in PA and some of my friends and i had walked by Scoop de Ville a couple times and never gone in. Finally we went in and got some ice cream. it was literally the best ice cream I've ever had in my life along with fantastic service. The ice cream was very soft and creamy with a lot of flavor. We took pictures and just relaxed for about an hour there while talking to the employer and employees. I have and will recommend this shop to anyone going to Philly. Good luck on getting the best in the country! I definately think you can get it!
