I had a few problems with my Canon camera and flash, I think the conversation lasted a good 1/2 hour I came out with my questions answered with out being talked down to or made to feel foolish for my lack of knowlage, a refreshing change! \r
I have also bought a fair amount of equipment from Casey's over the years and have always had great after sales service from the staff there, this is how retail should be.
