I'm not sure why anyone would complain about the lack of tissue paper for the box, or about the lack of selection. Perhaps this is not a business you should patronize if you are more concerned about quantity than quality. If, however, you are searching for an authentic patisserie experience on this side of the Atlantic Ocean, you will find excellent pastries, cakes, croissants and the like. My only suggestion is that the almod croissants would be more flavorful with a bit of almost paste in the center--but that is purely a personal preference. Otherwise, forget about the tissue paper and enjoy this little jewel of a surprise in Alpharetta.
