Yeah so I spoke with ""Paul"" regarding the availability of wood burning fire pits. OH SURE, he said we have lots of those. Then I drove an hour to get there to see them... Paul was on the phone (would not get off despite the fact he said to ""ask for him personally and he would make sure I was """"taken care of"""") then I was told by one of the back room stock guys that they don't even have wood burning fire pits. Word to the general consumer: STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. They are only preying on perceived Westside $$$ and have no idea what the level of consumer service might be to deserve their ridiculous prices and holier than thou customer treatment...
