I bought the service agreement on a computer I bought at Fry's. What a mistake that was. I had to have a new video card in December, and then it went out again in February of this year. They advertise the fact that they give you a loaner to use, but the process to get the loaner is so complicated that I'm sure most people give up. It takes about an hour to check it out, in addition to the wait time standing in line for customer service in the first place (usually about an hour for that) You can't call to check on when it will be ready (it was almost a month the first time and we are in week 3 this time) because either they don't answer the phone, or they put you on hold and never come back. Next time, I will pay twice as much if I have to, to get a real service contract and I will buy my computer somewhere that doesn't make me feel like a welfare case. I am totally disgusted with their service.
