After taking my credit card deposit for a car that didn?t exist in inventory, New Rochelle Honda tried to bully me into buying a more expensive model of the vehicle after their ?bait and switch? failed. They applied further pressure by telling me that it was their policy that no refund could be issued without the customer going in person to the dealer to void the sale, even though the deal should have been voided immediately as the contract was written for a car that had already been sold. After they finally agreed to issue my credit without my having to drive an hour to the dealership, they sent me a credit card receipt for a refund. Unfortunately they must have voided that transaction because the credit was never posted to my card.
