Based on rave reviews of Vickie Armstrong in Citysearch, I called and scheduled an appointment for a highlight and cut. I'm so glad that I did. Vickie was a pleasure to meet. She was friendly, upbeat and very professional. She made me feel comfortable and really understood my frustration with my previous hair color experiences. I do believe my previous colorist tried to make my haircolor process work for me but it just never did. Within 2 weeks, my gray hair was more prominent than my highlighted hair. The color was faded and dull! I was beginning to think that I should just go gray (but I REALLY didn't want to do that.) Thankfully I called Vickie for an appointment. Vickie consulted with me and had suggestions that she felt would improve my color and give me what I was hoping to achieve. Well, it worked. It has been over a month and my hair color is rich, shiny and outstanding. She ""updated"" my cut but still stayed within my styling capabilities and it has been terrific. The cut is very managable for me and my husband really likes it and I LOVE it. Thanks Vickie, I'll be seeing you again. Cherie
