After thinking everything was settled, I drove 5 hours to sit and wait for another 4 hours while they finally STARTED the paperwork. We agreed to a price over the phone, only to have them try to charge me $3k over that amount once the paperwork was finalized. The car was never cleaned, gassed, or anything of the like when they handed over the keys. Now I'm waiting to hear back from them about the way they screwed up my registration paperwork and the fact that I've been driving my car unregistered for almost 2 months! (They transferred a plate from my trade-in and somehow tried to register my new car in a different state!) All I can say is that they are a bunch of liars, thieves, and cheats. I thought only back-lot used car salesmen were supposed to act like this...not a supposed established dealership. I'm just glad I live nowhere near this place and will never, ever need to interact with them again...at least once they figure out how to correct the situation with my registration.
Pros: They have a few decent cars on the lot...
Cons: Everything other than a somewhat decent selection...
