This is the first negative review I have ever written, but the Eyesite left me with such I bad taste that I feel I have to warn others! I went there for contacts and glasses in 2007. The bill was OUTRAGEOUS, and yes, I have insurance. But insurance doesn't cover the ridiculous fees you incur here. I have been a contact lense wearer for over 15 years and I have never had a ""lense fitting fee."" Regardless, I would have happily paid the bill if I had been a satisfied customer. That I was not. I was prescribed some terrible lenses that were not right for my eyes. When the lenses both broke after a month (first time this has ever happened to me), the staff at the Eyesite told me I was out of luck due to my own ""mishandling"" and they could give no warranty. I replaced the first one out of pocket, but when it happened again I was fed up. The staff and doctor were anything but sympathetic, and after NUMEROUS phone calls, nothing was done to remedy my situation.
