I used this service on a friends recommendation, The driver and car had a very bad oder like he lived in the car and to top it off he kept talking on the cellphone the whole time from Manhattan to JFK hes was 15 minutes late and didn't get out of the car to help put the suitcases in the trunk.
Pros: He knew he's way to the airport
Cons: Driver and car has bad oder, talked on cell the whole time, did not help with suitcases, LATE, SPOKE VERY LITTLE ENGLISH.
