they ordered incorrect patio door, installed it upside down. Weep holes on top. Rained for weeks and water filled door. Began to rust. They did not return phone calls or come to fix problem. Ended up contacting distributor. They took care of everything. Lask took thier money and never looked back.
Pros: good prices for product.
Cons: shabby work, bad customer relations, don't honor work or product warranty
