I really liked this place and the people were always nice BUT if you leave your dog to be washed by them, be sure to emphasize that if your dog starts barking hysterically out of fear of the "drying room" (A room with several high pitched fans) to get the dog out of that and not to let it continue for 30 #($* MINUTES, because let's face it, we don't want our pets traumatized, right? My point is, they were nice to me, but they weren't nice to my dog when I wasn't there.
