Terrific place 7/31/2014

We love the fact that there is someplace that we can take our dog to get a bath. They were very helpful to show us all the details of bathing such as ears and nails. We will definitely be using them from here on out. more

They really helped me out 7/3/2012

When I first went there I thought I knew how to bathe my dog. However, when I got there the staff could not have been more informative. I learned that there is more to it than just soap and water. They showed me how to properly cut my dogs nails and do his anal glands. Now I am saving money and doing a good job on my baby as well. Thanks so much! more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 7/20/2010

for $15.00 you can take as long as you like washing the dog and drying it and cutting with scissors...add $10 and you get a shaver... and you don't have to clean up .. IT'S WELL WORTH IT. Shots are only $10 bucks max for vaccines if you need/want...so no vet visit for same meds and additional markup. Run, don't walk. This is a great deal. Oh, don't leave your dog - this is a do-it-yourself. the room for leaving the dog is a drying room with too many dryers blowing on the dog....not exactly for the skiddish kinds...just do it yourself or go to a groomer. more

What a great place to get your dog cleaned! 6/10/2006

The Arlington Dog Wash is a great place to get your dog washed. OR shaved. Or ANYTHING doing with dogs! I JUST got back from shaving Tony the Pony (the dog in the picture) for the summer. Tony is HUGE and it took me over 2 hours to shave him, but the staff was helpful in showing me how to do it and loving on him while I got it done. They have everything you need from brushes to shampoos to creme rinses to clippers... All of it is included in the price! And the BEST part??? It only cost me $17.68 to shave, wash and blow dry him. Since Tony is a manly dog, he didn't want any cologne. I highly recommend the Arlington Dog Wash if you are looking for an inexpensive way to groom your pet. more

Fun place 9/20/2005

I enjoyed using this service for my parents dog. I was responsible for giving him a good cleaning and taking care of him while my parents were on vacation. Anyway we stumbled upon this place and I had a good experience. Here you can wash your dog with other dog enthusiasts and you are provided with all the essentials to clean and dry your dog. Luckily my parent's dog loves water so he had so much fun and so did I! I definitely recommend this place. more

Great Low Cost Vaccines 9/13/2005

Every Tuesday/Sunday the Dog Wash partners with the Vets at the Arkansas Browning Animal Clinic to offer a Low Cost Vaccination Clinic for both Dogs and Cats. Every year when I renew my Dogs shots, I come here. SInce you don't pay a Vet Visit fee and you get a Discount on the cost of the acutal shots, you save between 50-75% off by coming here. The first time you come they register you and your pets information in their computer system. That way when its time for your pets yearly shot, they can send you a reminder and when you do come back a year later, they know exactly which vaccinations to give your pet. The vet is really nice too. I was there about 2 months ago getting my 2 year old pups vaccinations. My dog gets kinda nervous in a "medical" setting and tinkled all over the Table and the Vet. The vet just smiled and said "It comes with the job!' He then proceeded to hold and cuddle my pup until he had calmed down. 5 seconds later 4 Vaccinations had been given with one shot and my dog didn't even notice!! I will say that many people take advantage of the low cost shots, so you might want to come a little early as the line can get pretty long. Since this is not set up as a Vets Office, but as a Dog Wash, all waiting is done outside. At the same time though, it is a great opportunity to mingle with other pet owners...even let your the pets mingle a bit! Although I prefer the clinic on Tues/Suns, you are able to come any other day of the week and "do-it-yourself" vaccinations (not including rabies) on your pet. I like the discount, but I prefer having a VET do the actual shots. more

No more messy tubs! 7/29/2005

What a great idea... Instead of washing your dog in your tub that most likely dosent have a flexible shower head or washing your dog outside, why not go to the Dog wash and wash your dog in a professional dog washing tub, complete with shampoo, conditioners and frangrance. You'll also get to use the blow dryer. Its like being a dog groomer for a day. Such a neat idea. A bunch of fun too. Not only will you have a squeaky clean doggie, but you'll meet other dog lovers and have fun conversations..... more
