rude and nasty (phil the owners son) had towed a car to my shop phil droped car of in the road after asking him not to.i went to move a truck that was in the way.when i came back my parking lot full of customers cars was blockes with a car that did not run.my customer had to use her moms car to push her car out of road and into my shop.when i called to complain iwas told to go #*@! myself by phil the service manager.he said i could complain to who evre i wanted and he had told everybody that works for him that they are not allowed to tow customers cars to my shop.all becuse i did want my parking lot and street blocked at night in winter with a car that did not run.if this is how he treats me the first time i met him and a customer that had paid to do this job how do you think youll get treated?
