When we arrived at the store, Randy and his crew were courteous and provided different options that were within our budget. The prices were competitive compared to big box electronic stores. The installation was performed timely and all the equipment was installed with care. \r
A few days after the installation I had a problem with one of the components. I went to the store without an appointment and they stopped what they were doing to address the problem. They had the problem fixed in less than 5 minutes. They even spent some extra time to show me some additional features the stereo had that I was not aware of.\r
