I failed inspection because of the handbrake and Slaugh's told me I needed new brakes all around so $300+ later and new brakes I went back and failed inspection again. So I went back, he adjusted the handbrake again and I passed. Well driving back from Arizona I hear a terrible noise when I brake but I can't stop in the middle of nowhere. I get home and a friend looks at the brake and it has an old brake shoe on it not a new one. He checked all the others and they were new. SO I got 3 new brakes and a ruined rotor. The bolt for the rotor snapped off with little force - maybe this was why he didn't change the shoe - either way I am not impressed.
Pros: Fast service, the owner is committed to customer satisfaction he gave me afree bulb on the second return
Cons: The owner can't quality check the mechanics work and the mechanic can't be trusted to do it right
