Have been buying poinsettias for years Straders/Andersons. Bought it here $45.00-died in 10 days. Called to speak with Donna Baker who did not return the call. While I was not looking for a full replacement, any type of customer service initiative would have been better than being ignored. She needs to attend a customer service program. I would never buy more than a $10.00 plant here.
Cons: does not care about customer satisfaction-very expensive but no service
