GREAT place to take out of town guests 6/23/2009

I just found Bakers last weekend when I had family in from out of town. I couldnt believe such a wonderful place was just around the corner. I have never been to a garden center that was so immacculate! The staff was friendly and allowed me to shop without interruption. I enjoyed looking around wihtout the constant quesions that you get at some stores. I must also mention the plant material.... Every plant was so perfect I didnt see ANY sick looking plants. My family had never seen anything like it before! They also told me they do an over-the-top Christmas store starting in September. I will definately be checking that out. Pros: Gorgeous plant material and gift store more

NO RETURN CALL FROM OWNER ON A PROBLEM! 12/21/2008

Have been buying poinsettias for years Straders/Andersons. Bought it here $45.00-died in 10 days. Called to speak with Donna Baker who did not return the call. While I was not looking for a full replacement, any type of customer service initiative would have been better than being ignored. She needs to attend a customer service program. I would never buy more than a $10.00 plant here. Cons: does not care about customer satisfaction-very expensive but no service more
